The record shows that on April 18th in Cambridge at the Alewife DonutDump, at sunrise, Jeff Leavitt was ready to ride. After an indepth discussion concerning the moral, intellectual, spiritual and physical shortcomings of the abundant "no shows" yrs truly & Jeff motored off in search of superior force at the Maynard Boys & Girls Club parking lot. We found: our esteemed ride leader Victor Cruz (sometimes known as Victa the Crusier), Mike (the Deer Slayer) Anderson, Roger VanTassel, Steve Coren, Peter Gorney, Will Turano, Tim (the BoltonBolt) and Jeff (elJefe) Stein. We had six Beemers and four other things with two wheels; which made ten riders ready to explore the McMansion studded byways of Sudbury, Natick, Needham, Wellesley, Dover, Sherborn, Holliston, Framingham & Ashland.. Although there were some acclaimed landmarks likeRegis and Wellesley College some of us, except of course Mike, were lost & confused most of the time to the extent that one of our superior riders dropped out for a gasoline stop when, as it turned out, we were only like maybe 1.5 miles away from Stone's maple,bluberry,rum,banana supermix. We rode to Stone's Publick House where we managed as gentlemen of the internal combustion to politely loot, pillage and plunder the breakfast table.Now to keep you Alert this month we will offer you two, yup count 'em two.... rides. The first will be an all new outride... that's outside of rte 495 and most likely outside of rte 290. Tim the Bolton Bolt & Jeff the Jefe are working up some surprises. To be part of this historical event be at The Alewife Brook DunkinDonut dump on rte 16 west in Cambridge just before Fresh Pond before 6:30AM. We leave at 6:30 and ride to the intersection of 117 & 27 in Maynard where the OutRiders will be waiting at 7:00AM. Now the second ride is in search of a Leader to ensure that Bob, Ain't Stoppin, Hadden's tried and true CamTigging and OutRiding cohorts get their bodies and bikes to Kathy & Bob's (KayBee's) house in Hinsdale MA on Sunday Morning May 23 for more pancakes, flapjacks, griddlecakes, bacon, sausage, and syrup. Yrs truly is gonna be outta the country and leave you to your own devices. So getcha selves together & ride some of the best riding roads in MA around KayBee's Place. Lookatcha RandMcNally............. Therefore, behoove thyselves to get gassed, greased, buffed, shined and keeping the rubberside down & the shinyside up turn on yr Mojo and start yer En-jines.
